**Receptionist - Leeds (LS15)**

**£21,000 - £23,000 Basic Salary (Subject to experience)**

Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join their prestigious and professional office services team in Leeds. They pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service to all customers and visitors and are lookingfor someone who shares these values.

You’ll be joining at an exciting time and period of growth for the business as it continues to develop and deliver on its goal to provide outstanding working environments and service for its clients.

**As the Receptionist you will receive**:

- Monday to Friday, 40 hours between 8am and 5pm
- 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays / With an extra day off for your birthday after 12 months service

- Strong administration skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks

**As the Receptionist, your responsibilities will include**:
**Front of House / Reception**
- Providing a professional and friendly welcome on reception, offering one point of contact for your customers and ensuring their requests are dealt with effectively and professionally
- Signing in visitors and updating internal contacts
- Dealing with customer requests in a professional and timely manner
- Answering phones and taking detailed messages
- Ensuring that the customer receives the best experience and service at all times
- Working closely with team members to provide service

**Administration**
- Providing administration support to team members
- Assisting with creating spreadsheets and collating required data
- Working with PowerPoint and assisting team with building and formatting presentations
