We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and financial tasks. Duties of the Accounts Administrator include assisting the accounts team with a variety of functions such as raising sales invoices, processing purchase invoices, stock sheets, data entry, updating spreadsheets and assisting in daily administrative office needs.

Joining us on a full-time, permanent basis, you’ll be working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 to 17:00.

Job Responsibilities:
The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following:

- Producing weekly sales reports on a timely basis to aid management
- Maintaining sales ledger accurately
- Maintaining purchase ledger accurately
- Bank reconciliation
- Taking customer orders and resolving queries where required
- General administration duties
- Assisting the rest of the team where required with ad-hoc duties

Job Skills & Experience Required:

- Experience in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Proficiency in Sage50 accounts software
- A relevant accounting qualification or working towards one would be beneficial
