**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain updated professional knowledge of the real estate market and current laws and regulations.
- Develop methods to attract and retain clients.
- Negotiate sales deals and contracts.
- Prepare written marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and newspaper ads.
- Represent clients during the selling process from listing to closing.
- Prepare written analysis of real estate transactions for legal purposes.

- Manage lettings and tenant queries on a daily basis.

**Salary**: Starting from £10.50 per hour, Min 16 hours a week
Additional training will be provided with the opportunity to gain further qualifications whilst in work.
