**People Services Administrator**
**Hybrid - Corporate Head Office and Remote Working**
FedBucks is a federation of 45 GP practices covering a population of over 485,000 patients across Buckinghamshire. We began in 2016 and now employ around 200 members of staff across our head office sites, and our planned and unplanned care services.

**Job Title**:People Services Administrator
**Hours**:37.5 Hours Monday - Friday
**Duration**:6 - 12 months fixed term
**Location**:Hybrid - Corporate Head Office and Remote Working
**Salary**:£25,000 - £28,000 per Annum
**Reporting to**:Nicola Wallman - Head of People, Urgent Care Services
**Job Summary**
Working in a team and supported by the Head of People for Urgent Care Services, you will be responsible for providing administration relating to varied HR activities, day-to-day recruitment and compliance administration, across a variation of clinical and operational roles in this exciting period of growth and transformation. This is an opportunity to “career step” into a central, generalist HR role, gaining valuable experience and a full insight into the HR function.
The key aspects of the People Services Administrator role are:
- Entering employment data into the Company HR Systems and databases
- Organising meetings and taking minutes/notes
- Supporting Company communications, newsletters and announcements
- Updating employee holiday and sickness records and reporting
- Assisting HR Managers with the hiring process
- Supporting with pre-employment checks including DBS checks and Reference
- Working as part of a team to ensure all processes are followed in line with Regulations, Company policies and procedures
- Supporting HR reporting and analysis
- Attending and contributing to team meetings
**A) Confidentiality**
In the course of your employment, you will have access to confidential information relating to FedBucks business. You are required to exercise due consideration in the way you use such information and should not act in any way, which might be prejudicial to the FedBucks interests.
Information which may be included in the category which requires extra consideration covers both access and to the general business of FedBucks and information regarding individuals. If you are in any doubt regarding the use of information in the pursuit of your duties, you should seek advice from your manager before communicating such information to any third party.
**B) Data Protection**
FedBucks is registered under the Data Protection Act 1984. You must not at any time use the personal data held by FedBucks for a purpose not described in the Register entry or disclose such data to a third party. If you are in any doubt regarding what you should or should not do in connection with the Data Protection Act, then you must contact the DPO.

**E) Financial Regulations**
All staff are responsible for security of the property of the FedBucks, avoiding loss or damage of property, and being economical and efficient in the use of resources. Staff should conform with the requirements of the standing Orders, Standing Financial Instructions and other financial procedures including the Code of Conduct and Accountability and the Fraud and
Corruption Policy and ensuring that financial conflicts of interests are managed appropriately.
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
Qualifications GCSE’s including Maths and English
- CIPD Level 3 Foundation or working towards an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent professional HR knowledge qualification - NOT ESSENTIAL_
