**How you will help us to make Zzoomm awesome...**

Your main role will be to manage the day to day activities of a reinstatement team involved in the construction of FTTP networks in a designated region of Zzoomm.

You will be responsible for the Health and Safety of your team, 3rdparty contractors and members of the public affected by our reinstatement works.

You will ensure that our reinstatement teams deliver high quality results and that all reinstatement works are inspected and compliant before they are recorded as completed.

You will take pride in the way Zzoomm undertakes the construction of its network and do everything possible to establish and maintain a good reputation with local communities and other stakeholders

**Who will guide me...**

You will report to a Reinstatement Manager on a daily basis and be a key member of his/her team.

You will find that Zzoomm adopts a very open operational style and so you will have access to every area of the organisation and will have the opportunity to participate in broad cross-functional discussions around how to get the best results for the Business.

**A day in the life of the Reinstatement Team Leader...**
- Your role is very “hands-on” and will involve you being out and about most days so that you are visible to your teams and actively affecting the quality and efficiency of their work.
- You will also be working in close collaboration with the Build teams to schedule reinstatement work as soon after the excavation and temporary reinstatement as possible
- You will be the first point of contact for reinstatement issues as they arise and will be required to either resolve the problem or escalate to the Field Build Manager so that impact on build completion is minimised.
- You will ensure that the Systems associated with Reinstatement Works Order Management are properly utilised and information flows and reporting are fully supported
- As well as the reinstatement teams you will also be responsible for the efficient and proper use of the vehicles, plant, machinery and tools they use to carry out their work.

**What we need you to have...**
- In-depth understanding of civils reinstatement practices
- Familiarity with FTTP Network construction
- People Management skills
- Knowledge of HSEQ, CDM, NSWRA etc. Site Management Safety Training (SMSTS),SEATs, confined space qualifications and valid CSCS cards would be an advantage
- Clean UK driving licence (Category B and C1+E)

- Motivate and direct individuals and teams to produce high performance and deliver results
- Organise resources to ensure efficient and effective civils reinstatement
- Manage staff performance issues to maintain high standards
