**TRM-International **has a new opportunity for a Bid Writer to join the Sales & Marketing team at a growing commercial company. Your main responsibility will be crafting and organising captivating content, highlighting the company’s strengths to gain a competitive edge over rivals.

**Bid Writer Responsibilities**:

- Project-manage the bid process from receipt of tender through to contract award.
- Write, edit, and proofread proposals, bids, and tender documents.
- Creative bid writing to differentiate from competition.
- Contribute to bid / no bid qualification decisions.
- Analyse and understand client needs and create bespoke proposals.
- Client meetings.
- Drive completion of storyboards.
- Keep win strategy under continuous review.
- Tender portal and web enquiry management.

**Bid Writer Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level.
- Bid writing, bid management, or bid support experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven ability in planning and producing engaging sales proposals.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong marketing development skills.
