Summary

We’re looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join us from September, hours of work will be 8:30-15:30 Mon
- Fri, term time only. You may be experienced in early years settings or just starting out with a Level 2 and a whole lot of heart — either way, we’re here to support you.

You’ll be right in the thick of things: working closely with our nursery lead, supporting learning through play, helping develop communication and social skills, and building strong relationships with both children and their families.

Essential Qualifications

Level 2 in Early Years or equivalent
- An understanding of child development and the EYFS framework

Desirable Qualifications

Paediatric First Aid- Safeguarding

Essential Experience
- A love for little learners and a passion for Early Years education
- A calm, caring presence and a playful spirit
- A great team player with strong communication skills
- A willingness to get stuck in - from messy play to nappy changes, outdoor adventures to snack time stories
A commitment to working closely with families to support each child’s development
