**GENERAL DOMESTIC ASSISTANT**

**South Hub, Netherton**

**25 hours per week**

**£11.55 per hour**

Sefton’s leading care provider, New Directions, is now recruiting for a General Domestic Assistant in South Hub, Netherton. We currently employ around 350 staff across the business who pride themselves on delivering high quality social care and support to vulnerable groups within the Sefton area.

Based in Netherton, the South Hub is a large day service that provides quality care and support for adults who have learning, physical disabilities, autism or associated mental health conditions. The Hub another satellite site within the locality where service users participate in horticulture activities.

The post holder will carry out a range of domestic duties to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and ensure a pleasant, safe and clean environment is maintained at all times. You will also assist in the kitchen, including serving meals and refreshments.

No specific qualifications are needed, however experience of undertaking general cleaning and domestic tasks is essential.

A standard DBS check is required.
