Our farm utilizes a mix of cutting-edge robotics and a milking parlour to ensure the well-being of our cows and the efficiency of our operations.

Position**:Farm Hand/Farm Labourer**

Location**:Penrith, Cumbria, Ca10 2ea**

Accommodation: House share available

**Responsibilities**:
Milking Operations: Operate and monitor the robotic milking system and milking parlour to ensure smooth milking processes.

Livestock Management: Assist in chasing and herding cows during milking rotations.

Calf Care: Feeding and caring for calves, ensuring their health and growth.

Machinery Work: Operate and maintain farm machinery for tasks such as feeding, Bedding, Mucking out and Harvest related work.

Feeding Operations: Participate in daily feeding routines to ensure proper nutrition for the herd.

Contribute to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the farm.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in dairy farming or a related field is advantageous.
- Comfortable working with machinery and technology.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle outdoor and manual work.
- Passion for animal welfare and sustainable farming practices.
