Scrivens Opticians and Hearing Care provide optical and hearing services both privately and on the NHS from locations across England and Wales.

We currently have a Sales Advisor vacancy in Ripon and can provide training to someone with proven retail or customer service experience wanting to make the move to a healthcare environment that will still value and use previous retail experience.

What does the role involve?
- Welcoming customers into the branch or talking on the phone
- Making sure that customers choose the right products, spectacles, lenses, contact lenses, and hearing aids
- You will also use our computer system and do administration, including filing, making appointments, cash handling and placing customer orders
- You must enjoy working as part of a small team and really enjoy helping customers

**Salary is £18,525.00 + £1433 OTE**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £18,525.00 per year

- Bonus scheme

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Optical dispensing: 1 year (preferred)
