**Customer Service Centre Advisor**
Location: Wigston, LE18

**Salary**: £20,250 per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours a week, 9-5pm
Monday to Friday with 2 or 3 working from home - Fridays always at home
Type: Temporary ongoing

Flowers Associates are currently hiring a Customer Service Centre Advisor for a well-established company based in Wigston, LE18, on a temporary ongoing contract.
The Role
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for the following duties:

- Proactively checking and updating customer information
- Provide accurate and order-specific updates/information to customers
- Taking payments for memberships, training licenses, workbooks, courses, and certificates
- Information on how to join the company
- Previous experience in Customer Services / Call centres
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office
- Organise, prioritise, and manage your time well
- We are looking for a ‘Can do Attitude’, you are able to take ownership and accountability
- Be able to follow processes in a timely and efficient manner
