Teenage and Youth Pastor

**Minimum Qualifications Required**
Be a committed evangelical/Pentecostal Christian.
To preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, by continually striving to develop preaching and teaching methods that inspire and challenge the spiritual growth of the Teenagers / Youth.
- To provide leadership, mentoring and discipleship for all Teenagers / Youth church members.
- To assist the Pastorate, and facilitate church planting and mission outreaches in line with the cardinal objectives of RCCG.
- To organise evangelism, teaching bible classes, counselling and welfare support to members of the Teenagers / Youth.
- To maintain a healthy family relationship, strengthen self through personal devotions, prayers, Bible study etc.
- Assist the Parish Pastor in collaboration with other local religious bodies, periodic prayers for the Nation.
- Assisting the Parish Pastor in other responsibilities when required.
**Desirable**
Understand the West Africa / Caribbean culture (at least able to speak one local African language), and able to minister to the needs peculiar to that ethnic group.
Ideally have experience serving in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Must have been a worker in a Bible-believing church or RCCG for more than 10 years
- Must be a graduate
- Must have been involved in teenage Youth Ministry
- Must have IT knowledge and be able to use Microsoft packaging well
- Must have knowledge of women's ministry.
- A good financial background will be an advantage
- **Willingness to relocate when needed is essential**

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
