**Responsibilities**
- Assisting the company and its clients with generalist HR matters, including supporting the in the review and production of relevant policies and procedures and providing admin support and assistance for HR case work e.g, employee performance, conduct and absence management cases.
- Notifying clients and their employees on changes in employment legislation and assisting with general company communications.
- Collating advice and relevant information on issues such as working conditions, equal opportunities, performance, management, absence management, and disciplinary procedures, etc.
- Assisting with preparation and note taking for employee relations case hearings as necessary.
- Supporting the provision of and updating employment contracts, personnel files and other employee information.
- Supporting HR induction programmes for clients’ new employees.
- Providing administrative support for training and development programmes, seminars and events.
- Administering electronic HR systems and maintaining staff related records.
- Ensuring that clients receive an accurate and timely assistance in response to HR queries.
- Acting as an ambassador for the company and promoting good relations with existing and potential clients.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns, including creating and developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, creating shortlisting and interview packs, pre-employment employment checks etc.
