HYBRID WORKING

Fox Morris are working with Bromley Council in relations to finding a Head of Service (Adult Learning Disabilities) to start work ASAP

**Responsibilities**
- Management of staff performance and development within the Adult Learning Disability Service in Bromley
- Delivery of national and local policy frameworks related to learning disability
- Responsibility for managing the budget for the services for people with learning disabilities.
- To work with colleagues in Children's services and in the 0-25 Transitions service, to manage the transition of young people into adult services.
- Responsibility for management of the Shared Lives service
- Local strategic planning and user and carer engagement.
- To work with commissioners to further develop an effective service for those with autism.
- To work with senior managers across health and social care to evaluate and if appropriate put in place, plans for an integrated Learning Disability Service within Bromley.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £500.00-£550.00 per day

- Adult Social Care/ASC/Adult Services/Adults Service: 1 year (required)
- Learning Disabilities/LD: 1 year (required)
