You will champion personalised education, foster confidence and independence in pupils, and ensure our curriculum, pastoral support, and enrichment opportunities are tailored to each child’s strengths and potential. You’ll lead with purpose, guiding a dedicated team of educators, therapists, and support staff, building a collaborative culture where professional growth, creativity, and innovation are celebrated. From safeguarding and compliance to operational excellence and strategic development, you will be the driving force that ensures Baston House remains a centre of excellence for specialist autism education.
