Location, Kent (5 days per week on site)
Advantage Resourcing are currently recruiting for a PMO Project Manager, working for an NHS trust with expertise in:
*A good understanding of NHS.
*A good understanding of the working processes within clinical areas.
*A good knowledge of the use of information and information systems used in the NHS
*Knowledge of Clinical Governance and Information Governance
*Knowledge and understanding of Caldicott guidance and the Data Protection Act
*Management of risk and the mitigation of risk.
*Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification/experience
*PRINCE 2 Evidence of continued professional development
Working as part of the PMO Transformation team, the post holder will project manage and lead the delivery of clinical systems implementations which are part of the Transformation and Digital Strategy. This will include newly procured systems, upgrade of existingsystems and where appropriate in -house developed systems. Providing project management oversight to ensure the successful delivery of all project activities including process redesign and business change management, system testing, training, infrastructureand interfacing and to ensure effective project governance including meeting agreed timescale, quality and budgets. The role sits within the Programme Management Office (PMO) in the Transformation Team and follows the PRINCE2 methodology employing technologyand process to ensure projects achieve the best possible outcomes to the benefit of all stakeholders, both internal and external to the Trust. The PMO Project Manager will pro-actively communicate with key stakeholders on the development and delivery of projectproducts, ensuring that they are managed in line with best practice standards and according to project product descriptions and work packages and ensuring that risks and issues are managed effectively through the RAID log to enable benefits realisation.
