**Key responsibilities include**:
- Working as a proactive team member in developing profitable sales across the full range of Company products and services to existing and prospective customers
- To attend Training and Development sessions and set and achieve training objectives
- Promoting a professional image to customers at all times
- Meeting personal daily gross profit targets
- Developing new accounts
- To deal quickly, efficiently and courteously with all leads, enquiries, orders, complaints and queries and record findings
- To proactively develop business with new and existing customers using such mediums as CRM
- To adhere to customers concessions within the authorised parameters
- To liaise, co-operate and support other departmental staff members
- To achieve an individual level of performance consistent with the objectives of the Sales Office
- To relay customer and competitor information to your Regional Supervisor that might be useful in achieving the overall objectives of the Company
- To advise large enquiries to the Regional Supervisor for competitive pricing
- To participate and contribute in a positive way to ensure a good team spirit exists
- To utilise existing and new technology as required, accurately an efficiently.
