**Your Opportunity: Sales Developer**

We are looking for a Sales Developer who is ready to dive in, learn fast, and grow with us. You will be generating leads, managing your own customer accounts, and helping us expand our market reach.

You will get hands-on experience, support from our experienced sales team and the chance to grow your own portfolio of customers from day one.
- Location: Office based in Canterbury, Kent._
- Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Commission - Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week (No weekends or bank holidays) Full training and development support_

**What You will Be Doing**

** Manage your own customer portfolio** - Build relationships and drive repeat business. **Grow the pipeline** - Re-engage lapsed accounts and uncover new opportunities.
** Meet and exceed sales targets** - And get rewarded for them with commission payments. **Stay in the game** - Keep the activity going, make and receive calls, follow up, and keep the momentum going.
** Stay informed** - Understand your customers, the market, and the competition.
** Use smart tools** - Keep CRM records updated so you are always ready to act fast
** Make your voice heard** - Share ideas, insights, and help us grow smarter.
