We have an exciting opportunity for a **strong, person centred and consistent**support worker**to join our dedicated team in Cardiff. In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community - so that they can live good lives.

This will be an active role where each day may be different from the last—you may support him attending art classes, swimming at his local leisure centre, cooking his favourite national dishes, or even going on trips away You will play a key role in helping him settle into his new home, feel secure living alone, and thrive as he navigates this exciting step toward independence.
Please note, this role is expected to encompass a combination of daytime and nighttime shifts - the ability to work dynamically as part of a team is essential.
