**Product Lead - Hybrid Role**

**Salary**: Up to £70,000

(Start-up Environment)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Product Lead** to join our innovative client in Warrington. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a cutting-edge start-up, where you will have a pivotal role in shaping product development and driving impactful solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Vision & Strategy**: Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's goals and customer needs.
- **Backlog Management**: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity for the development team and stakeholders.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of features.
- **User-Centric Focus**: Lead the creation of user stories, wireframes, and requirements based on customer needs and feedback.
- **Sprint Planning**: Oversee sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
- **Performance Metrics**: Continuously analyze and assess product performance, identifying areas for improvement.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Proven experience as a Product Lead within a start-up environment - **essential**.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing Agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working model.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

**What We Offer**
- Competitive salary up to £70,000.
- Hybrid working with 2 days per week on-site in Warrington.

Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
