Quality Governance Compliance Administrative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Quality Governance Compliance Administrator to support Quality Assurance which is part of the overall Quality and Patient Safety Team. The Quality and Patient Safety Team have responsibility for quality and patient safety across the entire NELFT organisation which also includes the Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliance and registration.
The role requires someone who has excellent attention to detail, a working knowledge of database input and maintenance and is able to work in a responsive way to manage requests in a timely manner in accordance with specified deadlines.
The role involves managing a comprehensive compliance functions in relation to regulation, the Central Alert System (CAS) and policies for the Trust through the effective monitoring of processes and systems. A working knowledge and understanding of the CQC is key to this role as is being able to work to both internal and external set deadlines.
Other key functions include working flexibly within a cohesive team, providing administrative support and implementing systems and processes to support CQC compliance and meet the demands of the service and Nelft.

Probationary Period
Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £1,136 and a maximum payment of £1,915 per annum pro rata).
