Due to exciting growth plans we are looking for a
**Hire Controller **that will be based in our
**Keyline **regional Hire sales office - South, based in
**Reading.**
This role deals with a set customer ledger within the region and reports into our Regional Hire Office Manager.

**The Role**

In this position, you will be reporting to the Regional Hire Office Manager, as you will be responsible for liaising with our customers, branches and suppliers to achieve growth targets.

You will be offering outstanding customer service to support with orders, quotations and queries.

**What will I be doing**:
- Taking inbound sales calls & making outbound calls to follow sales quotations.- Maintain a good all-around knowledge of products and services offered by
- **Keyline.**- Building and maintaining relationships with our customer base.- Sales negotiation with customers and suppliers in order to remain competitive.- Administration duties.

**What experience do you need?**- Ideally, you will have knowledge of the Plant and Tool Hire industry and products.- We are after someone who’s enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful, with a sharp eye for identifying new opportunities and a passion for excellence. Someone that can manage and maintain a number of customer accounts at one time.- The ability to quickly pick up knowledge on computerised systems- Being well-organised and planned goes without saying, as you will be responsible for meeting our valued customer's expectations.
