The establishment of a new Community Neurorehabilitation Service in Mid Notts in 2021 led to the development of an Assistant Psychologist post. Nottinghamshire Healthcare Clinical Neuropsychology Services provide neurorehabilitation services in both community and hospital settings spanning Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark, Sherwood and Bassetlaw and Nottingham. There will be an emphasis on supporting teaching and training in neuropsychological care to the multidisciplinary team both in developing and delivering materials and information leaflets.
The post will be based in North Nottinghamshire (Mansfield) with the majority of hours being worked in the commissioned geographical area of Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark & Sherwood.
The successful applicant will need to be highly motivated and able to work independently, within the guidelines, policies and procedures of the service and the Trust. This post offers 0.6 wte on a permanent basis.
We have a huge variety of opportunities in our expansive Trust covering geographically from South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire to Leicester, providing mental health inpatient and community services, community health services, forensic mental health services and secure prison healthcare across the East Midlands.
