Position: Key Account Manager - Construction/Real Estate

Compensation: £50,000 - £60,000 + £25,000 Annual Bonus & £5,000 Vehicle Allowance

Location: Anywhere in the UK - Home based

My client is looking for a driven, collaborative, and enthusiastic Key Account management professional with demonstrable success in consultative complex sales and/or SaaS selling within the Construction/Real Estate sectors into UK & International markets.

The primary focus of the role will be Client level Key Account Management - generating & increasing high value sales from both New (Target) and Existing key customers, predominantly winning new business.

You will have a deep understanding of the built environment and key stakeholders, the challenges, and opportunities the sector presents, along with a strong desire to be part of an organisation working to provide solutions to a range of challenges aroundsafety, security and driving sustainability across the sector.

Experience and Skills needed:

- Demonstrable success in a consultative sales role selling into large organisations within UK & International Real Estate/Construction Industry.
- Experience and proven gravitas with c-suite level contacts of major organisations in the sector.
- Extensive sales experience 5 years +.
- Relationship management and Key Account Management success demonstrating clear growth within accounts and extensive use of CRM systems.
- A structured and creative approach to sales planning, forecasting, customer mapping and pipeline management.
- A goal driven self-starter who manages your own time efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
