**Adviser Recruitment Manager**

A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms.

The principal areas of responsibility are to work closely with the Adviser Recruitment Director and execute the firm growth strategy, optimising opportunities of future growth by engaging with the next generation of Independent Financial Advisers to joinAFH.

Please note that this is a full-time, remote opportunity with the need to travel and meet Advisers, attending the Bromsgrove Head Office three days per week, and work collaboratively with the wider Commercial team and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities as our Adviser Recruitment Manager will include**:

- Day to day management and execution of Adviser recruitment activities to increase Self Employed and Employed Adviser engagement and headcount, build the AFH talent pool for current and future hiring needs, and ensure a fair, equality and inclusivity focusedrecruitment process.
- Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the organisation.

**What we are looking for in our ideal Adviser Recruitment Manager**:

- Knowledge on best practice across the entire recruitment process
- Relevant knowledge of the Wealth Management sector and operating within a regulated environment
- Experienced as an Adviser, recruitment, or business development professional.
- Ability to meet moving priorities and deadlines in an organised and proactive manner, embracing change in a fluid environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Teams and Office
