An opening for an associate private client lawyer at a top-tier law firm has become available. Their Richmond-based private wealth team will provide the opportunity for extensive training from nationally recognised lawyers. The team of one senior associateand five other fee-earners pride themselves on an open, diverse and inclusive culture, with interaction with sophisticated and extremely wealthy clients.
Day-to-day, the role involves preparing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, lifetime and succession planning, inheritance tax and capital gains tax mitigation planning, creation, administration and winding up of trusts and the administration of estates includingdomestic and international estates. You will be responsible for managing private wealth cases from start to finish whilst assisting with the marketing and business development of the firm. You will also be required to assist other with their workload whennecessary and help to train junior members of the team.
- Be an enthusiastic lawyer with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Preferably have high academics.
- Be a strong team player who is committed to doing the best job possible for the client.
