Work closely with the Managing Partner to shape strategy and drive departmental performance. Manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration and Court of Protection matters. Provide hands on leadership, inspiring and mentoring a talented team. Promote technical excellence, professional development and high standards of client care. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and uphold the firm’s strong reputation. The Candidate Qualified Solicitor with 8+ PQE in private client law. Proven leadership experience including supervision, mentoring and team development. Strong expertise in wills, probate, estates, trusts and Court of Protection matters. Strategic thinker with the ability to produce high quality, accurate work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a composed, professional approach.
