**About this role**

You will work with key Alliance and PMO stakeholders to define a document and information management framework in line with best practice in a Windows hosting environment.

You’ll be responsible for the implementation of the framework, migration of documentation and ongoing governance via defined, documented and communicated governance processes. This role will see you help with identifying key knowledge that can be used by managers and leadership to drive a continuous Learning from Experience culture.

This could be a great next step for your career, joining a newly set up function and team, with exposure to various levels of senior colleagues, including working closely with the Programme Manager.

**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Responsible for ensuring appropriate governance for circa 1400 documents, conducting regular audits across the store to ensure compliance to documentation standards and best practice.
- Operates as a custodian of Skynet documentation and governs updates and changes when required.
- Champions continual improvement across the PMO, identifies opportunities for automation and drives adherence to best practice across the service value chain.
- Responsible for obsolescence management and driving transformation/ change activities.

**You'll have the following skills & experience**
- Strong customer focus and drive to provide proactive, pre-emptive and best in class service
- Clear focus on Continuous improvement (CI) and using initiatives, such as automation and process improvement.
- Possesses the ability to take well-evaluated risks and be audacious in making decisions and taking action
- Ability to maintain great stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, being a great communicator who is able to adapt their style to influence different audiences
- A very good understanding of ITIL environments, ideally with a minimum accreditation in ITIL Foundation (V3 or 4)
- In depth knowledge of document management frameworks and how to govern them ensuring adherence to contractual, regulatory and certification requirements.
- Please note: You will be required to hold SC level clearance and be willing to obtain DV status.
