HR Assistant

Choice is one of the leading fashion discount outlets, based in the south of the UK with 23 Stores in various locations, and over 50 years of history. We specialise in selling surplus discounted women's, men’s and children’s fashion, footwear, and home and furniture products from one of the UK’s leading high street brands.

**This is a part-time position for 16 hours per week with the following working pattern**:

- **Monday 10am to 2pm**:

- **Tuesday to Friday 9am to 12pm**

Daily Tasks include;
- Onboarding new starters and processing leavers
- Issuing contracts and addendums as needed
- Supporting our store managers with general HR and payroll related queries
- Supporting the payroll lead
- Assisting with HR projects
- Ability to interpret and input data
- Managing recruitment campaigns
- Maintaining electronic employee files

Starting salary £10,800 per annum.
