**Job Overview**:
This role will help support the further development of Quality and Process Management standards for our client. You will be responsible for creating quality dashboards to be distributed across the business as well as monitoring these at regular intervals to ensure these are on-track to meet the business’s quality objectives. You will be the main support contact for quality and process improvement initiatives, collecting responses and transposing into graphic charts used for analytical purposes. You will also support the Quality Control & Process Officer in the implementation, review, and internal auditing of ISO standards and other accreditations as deemed necessary by the business.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**HR Responsibilities**

- Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop a positive progressive culture within the business.
- Promote a culture which supports the introduction of new systems and technology where there may be resistance from staff.
- Support the wider team in the delivery of their responsibilities.

**Health and Safety Responsibilities**
- Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, the company handbook, Quality standards and all other company policies and procedures.

**Quality Responsibilities**
- Monitor the Quality KPIs and provide updates to show objective progress.
- Develop and conduct training and presentations for quality related topics.
- Continually look for improvement in areas of the business that can help improve KPI performance.
- Provide support with internal and external audits of the Quality Management System.
- Provide help and support to managers in achieving their departmental objectives and doing corrective actions.
- Ensure documentation related to the Quality Management System is updated and kept compliant to the system Standard.
- Support the Quality & Process Control Officer in software implementation projects.
- Help supporting managers in embedding a quality culture within the business.

**Operational Responsibilities**
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the expected outputs of the Quality Management System.
- Help create and develop departmental processes.
- Ensure the business training matrix is updated and relevant, informing managers of any gaps if identified.
- Help departments manage their process documentation and provide assistance in making adjustments to processes that may arise.
- Be actively involved in recommending solutions to operational issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
- To provide impartial feedback from audits.
- Collect audit evidence; records, statements of fact or other information which are relevant to the audit criteria and verifiable.
- Help structure the audit plan to provide a good sample range of processes and prepare audit programs.
- To escalate concerns about practice to the line management structure in a timely manner ensuring the concerns are addressed and rectified providing assurance against standards.
- Help manage system improvements and on-going compliance records (such as non-conformances) to ensure compliance is maintained.
- Ensuring great relations and communications with the wider team members and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.
- Help communication systemic process changes and provide renewal training where applicable.
- Help support in administrative functions.

**Technical Knowledge / Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Ability to work with interactive dashboard software.
- Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies.
- Experience (physical or theory based) in Information System Management.
- Experience (physical or theory based) in Business Analysis.
- Experience of implementing processes within a business environment.
- Ability to work to project deadlines.
- Willingness to build strong interpersonal relationships with team members and other departments.
- Intermediate / Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
