**Job Purpose**:
Day to day management of a busy highly skilled production team operating for 5 days per week (Mon to Fri). The Operations Manager will ensure the operation under their control is ran efficiently, safely and profitably and ensuring a quality service is deliveredto our clients whilst meeting all SLA’s. The position will ensure that all company policies and procedures are correctly adhered to by their direct reports and all other staff members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Site Director to ensure annual budget is met for P&L, revenue and savings targets
- Ensure site meets its annual objectives including H&S and quality Management Information interpretation and proactive reaction
- Support Team Leaders and Client Services in client and stakeholder management
- Support change and new business growth
- Actively seek new business opportunities through stakeholder engagement
- Coach and develop Team Leaders and Senior Operators
- Encourage and develop site enhancements and initiatives
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the production operations through improvements to each area ensuring that best practice and lean manufacturing methodologies are utilised.
- Plan and develop strategy for the operational areas contributing towards operational excellence
- Coordinate and communicate with other operational teams within and external to PCC
- Be aware of disaster recovery and business continuity plans and be able to initiate as and when required
- Responsibility in maintaining the following accreditations and align and support the introduction of any new accreditations.
