About the role
You will be office based working as part of the Traffic Enforcement Team.
The role will be responsible for:
- ensuring PCNs are processed in accordance with Regulations
- reconciling payments through various providers
- producing management reports, including Freedom of Information requests
- preparing and responding the cases for Adjudication
What will you be doing?
As the Post Holder you will supervise the processing of all issued Penalty Charge Notices. This will be undertaken by a third party. You will be preparing cases for Adjudication and any communication relating to cases.
You will be ensuring that all payments are reconciled for permits/PCNs and other payments through various systems.
You will manage staff in matters relating to Traffic Enforcement processing
About you
You will be a well organised individual with excellent attention to detail. You will have had experience at preparing reports, possibly in a legal setting and using various sources of information.
You will have some finance and budget experience, with a strong numerical ability.
You will be able to manage a variety of work stream together and be able to plan and organise your work against deadlines.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.
Ideally you will have experience at a supervisory level
