Entrepreneur is seeking a highly experienced Private PA to support the family from the family home. This is a busy household and an all encompassing role where you will be looking after the house, housekeeper, nanny and and coordinating all family matters. Based from their lovely home in Chelsea, this is a role where you would need to be based at the house over three days (between Monday and Friday) As the Private PA you will be responsible for complex scheduling, logistics, all travel UK and abroad and managing all the family affairs. You will also be responsible for event planning, household projects, research and overseeing the household staff as well as school matters for the child. As well as support at home, this entrepreneur may need assistance pertaining to company organisational duties.

This is a fantastic all encompassing role for a proven Private PA with a solid track record in providing high level, discreet support to a busy family.

This is a role where you will need to have high levels of emotional intelligence and be a hands-on, highly confident 'doer' with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks at once. Staying on top of the family logistics/holidays/travel and admin and communicating effectively with the principals is the key and you will need to be a born organiser who is a proven self-starter and doesn’t require being micro managed.

Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £44,021.00-£48,817.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
