He lives in the moment, changes plans on a whim, and thrives in a little chaos. He’s high-energy, thoughtful, and generous — and surrounded by a young, ambitious team who keep up and make it all happen.We're looking for a Private PA, someone with UHNW experience who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. You’ll be the third PA in an established team, joining existing support based in Europe. You’ll work both remotely and on the road.You’ll need to be unflappable, proactive, sharp, and emotionally intelligent, someone who thrives under pressure, keeps the wheels turning and doesn’t need their hand held. It’s a role for someone with grit, confidence and discretion who can make magic happen behind the scenes.The Role:\tGlobal Travel Management – From private jets to last-minute relocations, you’ll arrange seamless, fast-paced travel.\tDiary & Lifestyle Management – Juggle a calendar that changes hourly; book high-end restaurants, experiences, and appointments.\tHousehold Support – Liaise with a 9-person team in Dubai (chefs, housekeepers, etc.), ensure smooth day-to-day running of the villa.\tEvent Planning – Organise private parties, VIP events, and curated experiences across the globe. S\ttyling & Shopping – Coordinate wardrobe logistics and personal shopping\tBusiness Support – Assist in managing entrepreneurial projects and ventures as needed.The Candidate:\t1+ year of relevant Private PA experience\tConfident, assertive, and discreet – you’re not afraid to speak up or push back when needed\tExcellent communicator with emotional intelligence and people skills\tHappy to travel extensively - this is not a 9–5 job\tCalm under pressure and thrives in ever-shifting environments
