We are now recruiting for experienced **Kitchen Assistants** to join the **Wadebridge **team on **full time**, **permanent** basis. This is a busy role which will include weekends on a rota.

**Daily kitchen duties will include the following**:

- To assist with the preparation of fresh food produce including hot filled rolls
- Preparing deli recipes
- Baking off pasties and other baked goods
- Compliance with food hygiene and quality standards at all times
- Keeping production areas clean with adherence to cleanliness standards
- Working safely with industrial ovens
- To undertake such other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job.

**As a person you will require the following qualities**:

- Good communication skills
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be physically fit (will be putting trays of pasties in the oven)
- Be flexible with shifts to help provide cover during holidays and sickness
- Ability to work well in a team
- Enthusiastic and hardworking
- Previous food preparation experience desirable but not essential
