*In a nutshell*
- Iconic, sumptuous, 20 bedroomed independent hotel, with a rosetted 40 cover restaurant, looking for an ambitious CDP who has an aspiration to work in a kitchen with at least two rosette level. Hotel extremely well financed.

*The Role*
- Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the preparation of the food to maintain and further the reputation of the restaurant as one of Cornwall’s true food destinations
- Responsible for sections as required
- Working with the freshest of local ingredients
- One to one development with renowned Head Chef

*You*
- Already an experienced, aspiring Chef de Partie looking for a kitchen where you can develop your skills
- Strong background in the basics and an ambition to be the best
- Proven record at Chef de Partie level in a kitchen of equal standing
- An ability for problem solving and looking at things from a creative point of view

*Benefits*

- Five day working week
