We now have the opportunity for a Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our Global Digital Marketing team. As a Digital Merchandising Specialist you will have a passion for product coupled with a data driven mindset to ensure our business has the right merchandise to sell to customers in the Nordic Marketplace place.

This is a Hybrid role working 2 days from home and 3 days with the Digital Marketing team in our UK Head Office based in Oldham, Manchester.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
The Digital Merchandiser is accountable for driving total demand, improving product selection, and the customer experience on the Nordics websites.

**Job Duties**:

- Helping the business with digital merchandising for the Nordics region
- Partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders, including the Product Management teams across all categories, to drive towards ensuring online product selection and depth supports online goals and drives multichannel profitability
- Identify site wide navigation and product page enhancements, in partnership with Product Management, to ensure conversion and enrichment of our services, site features and experiences
- Oversee merchandising of product throughout the site to achieve demand targets and improve the customer experience
- Develop and monitor site analytics (including product conversion rates, customer choice counts) to measure efficacy of product, content and merchandising decisions
- Maintain expertise of the e-commerce landscape and online competitors, identifying category trends and online growth opportunities
- Own the product messaging/ content displayed on the Danish, Swedish, Finish, Norwegian and other Nordics websites.
- Be the ‘go-to’ person for all product content challenges across the Nordics.
- Provides Marketing Ops team with all product content for offline marketing activities
- Drive adoption of supplier landing pages to drive revenue with Supplier Partner

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Some experience working in a similar role focusing on online merchandising, digital content or websites with a passion for merchandising.
- Be fluent in written and spoken Danish and comfortable producing content for the other Nordics websites
- Demonstrated analytical skills; experience in e-commerce analytic tools and online KPI’s

- Comfortable operating in an evolving landscape and matrixed environment, demonstrated composure in a fast-pace environment with a high degree of accountability.
- Ideally be fluent in written and spoken Danish or Swedish and comfortable producing content for the other Nordics websites. However this is not an essential requirement for the role.
