We are a lovely growing Nursery and Forest School in the heart of Morden. We are located in Morden Recreation Ground with a large fenced up garden, were we spend most of our days.

We aim to make outdoor education accessible to all children and allow children the space and freedom to learn through play. Our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum will be the foundation for future success by building creative, independent and confident thinkers.

Our days and years are woven with the seasons. Through the rhythm of the seasons and the daily and weekly routines children will develop a feeling of safety, trust and orientation through their crucial first years.

**Job Role**

We are looking for Qualified Early Years Teachers to join our expanding Kindergarten. We have full-time and part-time options available (options to work 4 or 5 days, full days or morning/afternoon shifts, all year). Please get in touch so we can discuss flexible work patterns.

Our current opening times are:
Monday to Thursday 8am to 5.30pm

and Friday 8am to 2pm

**Requirements**:

- Have experience working with/supporting nursery age children (0-5)
- Be able to work part time or full-time, minimum 25 hours to 40 hours per week
- Have a relevant Early Years qualification
- Be flexible, proactive and patient
- Be nurturing and caring in your approaches
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team and lead
- Open for new ideas and input/ ideas for curriculum
