We are looking to recruit an experienced Early Years practitioner to work at Acacia Preschool which is part of Acacia Family Hub in Mitcham. This is a two day a week (14 hours), term time, permanent post. We are looking for a practitioner that is able to work on a Monday and Tuesday.

The successful candidate will

  • hold a level 3 childcare qualification
  • have recent experience of working in a childcare setting with children under 5
  • be able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of child development
  • have experience of working with young children who have special needs

The post requires candidates who have skills which ensure that children are provided with a safe and stimulating learning environment. If you have experience supporting the care and development of children under 5, then please apply today. We offer extensive training and an opportunity to join the local authority pension scheme.

Please note this is a part time position, two days a week, Monday and Tuesday, term time only.
