Reward Advisor

**We are looking for an HR professional who has experience in Reward /Pay/Compensation. This experience could be their main role (preferred) or as part of a wider HR role, they have been performing in a smaller organisation. It is essential that youhave strong numeracy skills, a logical approach to problem-solving and be confident using Excel to an advanced level.** The Total Reward team covers all aspects of remuneration and benefits for our employees - from company-wide processes such as the annual salary review, bonus and flexible benefits through to managing the payroll and general day-to-day employee pay and benefitsqueries. The team are based in our Birmingham, Bristol and Cheltenham offices and this role can be based out of any of these. The wider HR team are based across our office with the main presence in Cheltenham, Bristol and Birmingham. It provides a full HR service to the Firm encompassing Resourcing and Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Rewards & People Solutions, OrganisationalDevelopment & Talent and Employee Experience & Engagement. The Reward Advisor - Compensation can work on a hybrid basis, sharing time between home and the office (Birmingham, Cheltenham or Bristol). This role represents an excellent opportunity for somebody wishing to build on their pay and compensation experience and to join an established Reward Team in a forward-thinking and award-winning professional services consultancy. **Responsibilities** The Reward Advisor - Compensation will be extensively involved in supporting various stages of the cyclical pay process including holiday buy-back, discretionary bonus scheme, salary review, promotions and bulk exam awards. This will usually involve someplanning, manipulating data, compiling spreadsheets, coordination of recommendations and being the first point of contact for these processes.
