**Job Description - Summary**

On behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Facilities Assistant - Corporate Front of House for a 3 Month contract to permanent role based in Sheffield. **The Role**
Arup are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant - Corporate Front of House Receptionist to support three members of the Facilities team in Sheffield City Centre. Day to day activities will include: - Providing excellent front of house support. - Managing incoming and outgoing post and couriers. - Ordering taxis and advising on public transport. - Taking ownership of the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception environment. - Management of meeting rooms (bookings, catering, set up etc.) - Reporting any office maintenance and equipment issues as required. - Checking and replenishing first aid stock, stationery and all consumables.
