**Job Description**:
This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to have an immediate and positive impact within the team and ultimately support researchers and scientists across the world to discover more faster

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervision of a small team of manufacturing scientists.
- Plan production schedules.
- Oversea the manufacture of Abcam products according to batch records (MBR’s).
- Actively drive product improvement and process scale up.
- Assist with quality control when required
- Actively participate in laboratory and company meetings
- Maintain an accurate and complete record of all laboratory work performed
- Uphold health and safety guidelines

**Qualifications**:
About you

You will have a degree or higher qualification and a minimum of five years’ experience of working in a technical manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory experience is essential. You should be team focused with the ability to motivate the team to hit production targets.
