As HRBP at Unipart Logistics (UL), you will formulate and execute initiatives relating to our people strategy, providing internal and external customer support, and driving business excellence and process improvement. Working in a fast paced and challengingenvironment you will report into the Director of Operational HR, with a strong focus on transformation activity and change initiatives.
**As part of your key responsibilities, you will**:

- Support the Director and senior leadership team to devise and implement HR strategies, processes and legal requirements
- Initiate and share best practice in people activity across UL and where appropriate, the wider Unipart Group
- Ensure robust succession planning is in place for all teams up to and including the senior team, with plans being delivered to support business growth requirements across UL
- Take responsibility for developing the capability of all teams across the sector continually increasing bench strength across all populations, along with supporting the Capability team in developing all UL people
- Champion employee engagement, developing the strategy to drive activity and coaching the leadership population in order to develop excellence in this area
- Initiate and develop HR strategies alongside the Director of Operational HR and other HR Business Partners
- Providing strong leadership of the HR team in order to deliver consistently high standards of HR delivery activity including but not limited to; recruitment, administration, legal compliance and employee relations
- Undertake wide ranging projects relating to improvement activity, business growth and leadership development
**About You**:

- Educated to Graduate level or equivalent
- Experience of managing an HR team
- Proven experience of developing HR strategy
- Experience of developing business teams and increasing team capability
- Effective project management skills with proven ability to develop robust project and task plans and monitor results
- Experience in working and influencing in a challenging stakeholder and customer driven environment
- Proven success within a commercially focussed environment
- Ideally CIPD qualified or part qualified
- Previous delivery within an environment of a high degree of organisational change would be an advantage

**Salary**: Salary from £50,000 to £70,000 dependent upon experience, plus car / car allowance, 33 days holiday, pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits scheme
