Serve Talent are proud to be working with a successful Machinery manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Project Engineer for their facility based in Haverhill, Suffolk.

Reporting into the Engineering Manager and working alongside the wider Projects Team team, you'll be tasked with project support through Sales, Design, Manufacturing, Installation and Commissioning, Liaising with clients, and providing project plans andschedules, whilst ensuring milestones are achieved and communicated.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Work with Sales on initial Project Planning.
- Work with Management team to create project plans and schedules.
- Communicate up and down stream about relevant projects and time lines.
- Machine setting, testing and creating snag lists to enable other departments to complete machine builds to customers' expectations.
- Conducting and completing factory acceptance trial(FAT's) and project finalisation.

Ideally you'll have:

- A degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field. Time served experience would also be considered.
- A fundamental knowledge of Project Engineering/Management.
- You'll be someone who has the desire to work within a fast paced environment.
- Hold an interest in automated engineering.
- You'll have a good project management based mind who can problem solve and work within a team or individually, a good organiser who is self-motivated and a self-starter with and a strong desire to succeed.
