**What’s on offer?**
- Full time. 2 working patterns covering 7am to 5.30pm
- Salary £25,000 p.a. (Full time equivalent) pro rota

**What is the job opportunity?**

We are now looking for a personable and professional individual to join the friendly Credit Control team at our Redditch Head Office in a supporting role. This is an integral part of the credit control services.

You will need to have experience working within a finance role, and have a clear understanding of key areas within the credit control function - Credit limits, overdue accounts, aged debt and customer payment terms. With this in mind, good numeracy, literacy and IT skills are a must.

**What’s the overall purpose of the role?**

To be part of a busy Credit Control team, supporting the Credit Controllers by making sure that customers’ orders are released against time-critical deadlines.

**What will you be doing?**

**Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Releasing customer orders for the branch network.
- Liaising with Branch Managers and their teams in supporting the Credit Release process for customer orders.
- Working to Departments targets.
- Recording correct and accurate information on customer accounts.
- Providing administrative support to the Credit Control team.

**What’s NICE to have?**
- Experience of using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
