Our client, an established and innovative business, islooking to recruit a Senior Credit Controller to join their medium sized team. The successful applicant will be a time served, confident individual with high attention to detail, good communication skills, proficient with Excel and organised. This role wouldsuit someone wanting a business they can make their mark in who is used to a fast paced environment.

**The role**:

- Be first point of contact for billing and credit control related activity
- Build solid working relationships with customers with regular contact
- Resolve queries in a timely and effective manner
- Work to month end deadlines in a methodical and organised manner
- Negotiating payment plans
- Produce and distribute monthly statement of accounts
- Escalate non-paying partners through agreed internal process
- Engage with area sales managers to resolve problem payers
- Monitor and report on Aged Debt and non-paying customers
- Be responsible for the upkeep and general maintenance of customer master data within relevant systems
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Experience of Microsoft 365
- Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, in person and in writing
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Professional
