We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our support team at Enovation UK Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR functions and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional digital healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for providing proactive, professional HR administration support to the HR function and General Office to ensure a consistent and professional service is delivered across the Enovation UK and wider Team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Fully involved in the recruitment cycle from support in creating job adverts and role descriptions
- Assist the Head of HR and Quality in preparing offer letters, references, employee contracts etc
- Manage HR administrative tasks including data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records for employees.
- Facilitate communication between HR and employees regarding policies and procedures
- Maintain the HRIS system to ensure accuracy of data including absence management, performance reviews
- Support office admin, including travel (flights, train and hotel accommodation), expense claims and general office housekeeping

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - word, excel, Outlook and Teams
- Knowledge and understanding of UK employment law is desirable
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, confidential manner

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10,000.00-£11,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 per week
