**£23,000 to £23,500 + Bonus**
**Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings**

We are recruiting for a market leading organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent, their office is located close to the train station and also offers free on-site parking.
Within the role you will be handling calls from new and existing customers, building rapport while finding the best solutions for their personal situations.
- **The role does involve working on several different systems at any given time.**_
**Duties**
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to collect overdue payments and arrange payment plans with customers
- Deal with questions, queries
- Quickly determine and understand the needs of customers
- Help the customer reach the best and fairest resolution for their circumstances
- You will be working within a team of 15 agents along with a team leader and team manager
- Accurately updating the system during and after each call
- Ensure company policies are followed
- Working towards KPI's both individually and as part of a team
