The Exec Chef of a group of pubs is seeking a talented **Head Chef** to join the group and be responsible for one of their flagship pubs. They require a Head Chef that can take ownership of the the food and maintain the standards that are expectedby the locals and visitors that return regularly due to the pubs good reputation in the area. The Head Chef will need to work closely with the motivated team of chefs to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The menusconsist of favourite pub dishes but as head chef you will have a good degree of autonomy on the menus and are able to use both local and national suppliers. The kitchen is well supported and fully equipped, as Head Chef you will be leading the team of chefsfrom the front ensuring the standards are maintained during extremely busy peaks.
