Training and Compliance Administrator

**Job Overview**:
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday
- Rate of Pay: £13.64
- Min 1 year's proven succesful experience in an administrators role.
- A satisfactory DBS Certificate
- Will need a complete 5 year Vetting.
**Main Duties**
Ensure the correct procedures and regulations are carried out and documented to a high standard of compliance. Including staff files, training records, procurement documents and other associated administrative tasks.
On boarding of new staff/assistance in recruitment process.
Implementing customer corporate policies and Codes of Practice as directed by the Operations Manager.
Regularly inspect all administrative, health and safety and quality procedures.
Monitor and record staff performance and assist in the appraisal of staff in line with company policy.
To act as an Ambassador, developing relationships with Stakeholders to promote MITIE's and the clients services.
Ensuring accurate and up to date training records in order to meet leading industry practices.
Ensure that all contractual training requirements are met and that all certificates are renewed within the correct time frame.
Make sure that all security officers are aware of the latest training initiatives and are given the opportunity for both personal development and to improve their skill base.
Assist in shift scheduling and training scheduling, as required by the business.
Create reports for senior management and external stakeholders, as required
